Nabla is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Dictation squad, a product used by clinicians to improve day-to-day efficiency. You will work with ML, backend, and frontend engineers and partner with Design to deliver a seamless experience across high-visibility workflows.

You will travel to client sites in the US, spend time with users, and shape the product roadmap with a strong emphasis on model quality, latency, and adoption. This role requires English fluency and Paris-based presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a technical environment.
• Experience working with ML teams on models that drive user value.
• Strong user empathy and ability to dive into user workflows to remove friction.
• Excellent product judgment and UX sensibility; identify high-value problems and ship improvements.
• Proven ability to collaborate with frontend, backend, and ML engineers.
• Strong analytical skills; define success metrics from data and feedback.
• Clear, structured communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Based in Paris with regular travel to the US; fluent English required; French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Dictation product; drive adoption and quality improvements.
• Lead user-centric discovery: interviews, feedback, shadow clinicians, and analyze usage data.
• Collaborate with ML, backend, and frontend to turn model capabilities into core clinician product.
• Partner with Design to make sophisticated technology feel simple, including edge cases and failure paths.
• Support deployment with enterprise health systems; build relationships with champions and stakeholders.
• Define success metrics for model performance, adoption, retention, and support burden.
• Prioritize ruthlessly between ambitious bets and friction removal.
