Nabla is seeking a senior Technical Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ambient speech and voice intelligence capabilities. You will translate clinician needs into product opportunities and collaborate with ML teams on speech-related features.

You will lead cross-functional discovery with clinicians and internal stakeholders, define success metrics, and design experiments to drive impactful clinician outcomes in real patient encounters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management experience.
• Experience building products powered by machine learning models or working closely with ML teams.
• Strong product judgment and ability to identify high-value user problems, define product strategy, and ship meaningful improvements.
• Experience working closely with engineers.
• Comfort discussing technical systems, data quality, experimentation, APIs, latency, reliability, and product instrumentation.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear user value, product requirements, and prioritization decisions.
• Strong analytical skills, including defining success metrics and interpreting product data.
• Strong empathy for clinicians operating in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with incomplete information, competing priorities, and high ownership.
• Bonus experience with voice AI, speech recognition, real-time systems, audio products, conversational AI, healthcare/clinical documentation, multilingual products, or B2B SaaS in complex frontline workflows

Responsabilités

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nabla's ambient speech capabilities.
• Develop understanding of clinicians' use of Nabla in real patient encounters.
• Translate clinician needs and business priorities into product opportunities, requirements, and success metrics.
• Partner with ML engineers on speech recognition, diarization, voice activity detection, and real-time audio processing.
• Make product trade-offs between accuracy, latency, cost, reliability, and time to market.
• Define and monitor product quality metrics tied to clinician outcomes.
• Lead discovery with clinicians, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Design experiments and launch plans for new capabilities.
• Work with Design to create intuitive, trustworthy experiences.
• Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, privacy, security, and downstream product teams.
• Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Go-to-Market, and leadership teams.
• Establish feedback loops from production usage, customer feedback, and operational signals into the roadmap.
