Nabla is hiring a Product Manager to lead the ambient speech and voice intelligence stack within a cross-functional squad. You will shape the product strategy and drive end-to-end development for real-time clinical audio, transcription, and downstream note generation.

You will partner with ML and engineering teams, translate clinician needs into actionable opportunities, and define success metrics across languages and care settings. This role anchors Nabla’s clinical AI roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management experience, ideally building technical or workflow-critical products.
• Experience building products powered by machine learning models or working closely with ML teams.
• Strong product judgment and ability to identify high-value user problems and ship improvements.
• Experience working with engineers; comfortable discussing APIs, latency, and instrumentation.
• Ability to translate complex tech into clear user value and prioritization decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with data and qualitative evidence.
• User-obsessed mindset and empathy for clinicians in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nabla's ambient speech and voice intelligence capabilities.
• Understand how clinicians use Nabla in real encounters; consider audio quality, attribution, latency and transcription accuracy.
• Translate clinician needs into opportunities, requirements, and success metrics for the speech squad.
• Partner with ML engineers to define improvements across speech recognition, diarization, language detection, and real-time processing.
• Make trade-offs between accuracy, latency, cost, reliability, and time to market.
• Define and monitor quality metrics linking speech performance to clinician outcomes.
• Lead discovery with clinicians, customers, and stakeholders to identify unmet needs across languages and settings.
• Design experiments and launches that validate capabilities while protecting core experience.
• Collaborate with Design to create simple experiences that feel trustworthy.
• Ensure ambient speech integrates reliably into note generation and future workflows.
• Align Product, Engineering, Clinical, GTM, and leadership on priorities and progress.
• Establish a feedback loop from production usage to roadmap and improvements.
