Nabla is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Dictation squad, collaborating with ML, backend, and frontend engineers to deliver a clinician-centric product that balances quality, latency, and adoption. You will spend time with users, including clients in the US, to observe workflows and drive practical improvements.

The role requires strong product judgment, user empathy, and the ability to communicate trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a technical environment.
• Experience working with ML teams on model-driven products.
• Strong user empathy and ability to map workflows.
• Excellent product judgment and UX sensibility.
• Proven collaboration with frontend, backend, and ML engineers.
• Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision making.
• Clear, structured communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nabla Dictation.
• Lead user-centric discovery: interviews, feedback, shadowing clinicians.
• Work daily with ML, backend, and frontend engineers.
• Partner with Design to make tech feel simple and reliable.
• Support deployment with clients including enterprise health systems.
• Define quality metrics from model performance to adoption and support burden.
• Prioritize ruthlessly between ambitious bets and friction removal.
