Nabla in Paris is seeking a Product Manager for the Ambient Speech squad, owning the strategy and execution of Nabla's voice intelligence layer and real-time clinical audio workflows.

You will partner with ML engineers, software engineers, designers and clinicians to translate needs into measurable improvements in transcription accuracy, latency and reliability that enhance note generation and trusted patient care. Join a cross-functional team delivering impact across specialties and languages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management experience.
• Experience building ML-driven products or working with ML teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear user value and requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional alignment.

Responsabilités

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nabla's ambient speech and voice intelligence capabilities.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to define improvements across transcription, diarization, language detection, and real-time processing.
• Define success metrics and monitor product quality linked to clinician outcomes (note quality, activation, retention).
• Lead discovery with clinicians and internal stakeholders to identify unmet needs across specialties and languages.
• Work with design to create intuitive experiences for sophisticated speech technology.
