Nabla, based in Paris, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Dictation squad, shaping ML-enabled features that clinicians touch daily. You will work with ML, backend, and frontend engineers to balance model quality with latency and usability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a technical or engineering-heavy environment.
• Experience working closely with ML teams on products where model quality drives user value.
• Strong user empathy and a real appetite for diving deep into user workflows.
• Excellent product judgment and UX sensibility: identify high-value problems, define strategy, ship improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with frontend, backend, and ML engineers.

Responsabilités

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Nabla Dictation product, accountable for adoption and quality improvements.
• Lead user-centric discovery: interviews, feedback, shadowing, and usage data analysis to find frictions to remove.
• Collaborate with ML, backend, and frontend engineers to turn model capabilities into a product used daily by clinicians.
• Partner with Design to make advanced tech feel simple and reliable, including edge cases and failure paths.
• Support deployment with enterprise health systems and maintain relationships with Nabla champions and stakeholders.
• Define success metrics, including adoption, retention, and support burden, and track progress.
• Prioritize ruthlessly between ambitious bets and friction removal with justification.
