Back Market is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own BackShip, our managed shipping solution. You will lead six product domains, define priorities, and partner with engineering, Seller Success, Finance, and logistics partners to scale adoption and revenue.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle of features, collaborate with carrier partners, and drive data-driven decisions to improve billing accuracy and carrier performance at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management with 2+ years in logistics, carrier operations, or marketplace infrastructure.
• Track record of shipping complex operational products with business impact.
• Experience growing B2B product adoption.
• Carrier and logistics ecosystem knowledge.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to use analytics.
• Strategic thinker with execution excellence.
• Leadership without formal authority across squads and stakeholders.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator.
• Passion for sustainability and seller empowerment.

Responsabilités

• Own BackShip outcomes, including attachment rate, carrier performance, and billing accuracy.
• Grow BackShip adoption by understanding seller behavior, churn, and value drivers.
• Define and communicate priorities from insights across sellers, partners, and internal data.
• Lead roadmap and execution with engineering, fostering autonomy and alignment.
• Collaborate with Seller Success, Finance, Delivery Experience, and BFF program teams.
• Hold end-to-end ownership of complex features from conception to launch (e.g., smart routing, billing dashboards).
