Job summary

Back Market is seeking an experienced logistics professional to own and optimize a global carrier network and drive performance across deliveries, returns, and logistics services. You will negotiate and manage partnerships, supervise day-to-day operations, and contribute to the growth of our seller network through strong outbound and return capabilities.

The role requires 5-7 years in logistics/partnerships, fluency in English and French, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

You have at least 5-7 years of experience in Logistics and/or partnership management and/or customer service.
You possess strong organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities.
You are fluent in English and French.
You're adaptable and open to learning in a dynamic environment.
You have a good knowledge in data and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize a global carrier network with 15+ partners; manage performance and negotiations.
Power logistics services through strategic carrier partnerships; negotiate rates and supervise ops.
Deliver on performance at scale across 10M+ parcels annually; track KPIs and improvements.
Shape the delivery experience with new modes and returns solutions across Back Market ecosystem.
