Back Market is seeking an experienced logistics professional to own and optimize a global carrier network and drive performance across 15+ partners. This individual contributor role focuses on commercial negotiations, service quality, and fraud prevention within a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

• 5–7 years of experience in Logistics and/or partnership management and/or customer service.
• Strong organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of data and analytics.
• Interested in evolving at Back Market as an individual/contributor expert.

• Deliver on performance at scale across 10M+ outbound and return parcels per year; track KPIs; report on improvement plans; identify long-term initiatives to improve delivery and on-time performance.
• Shape the future of the delivery experience; lead projects for more flexibility and customization in Back Market's ecosystem.

Within the Operations/Customer Delight team, you will be part of the Logistics team.

You will be in charge of the Back Market transportation network powering our deliveries, returns and logistics services.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):

• Own and optimize a global carrier network spanning 15+ active partners worldwide. You will drive carrier performance, lead annual commercial negotiations, and oversee service quality with a sharp focus on delivery incident resolution and logistics fraud prevention.
• Power Back Market's logistics services through strategic carrier partnerships. Our seller-facing logistics offerings rely on strong outbound and return shipping capabilities. You will negotiate best-in-class rates and conditions, and supervise day-to-day operations to fuel the growth of our services across our seller network.
• Deliver on performance at scale across 10M+ outbound and return parcels per year, globally. Delivery performance is a direct driver of customer satisfaction and conversion. You will track KPIs, report on short- and mid-term improvement plans, and identify long-term initiatives to accelerate our delivery promise and increase our on-time delivery rate.
• Shape the future of the delivery experience. From new delivery modes to innovative return solutions, you will lead projects that bring more flexibility and customization to our customers, both pre- and post-purchase, and embed these capabilities seamlessly into Back Market's ecosystem.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:

• You have at least 5-7 years of experience in Logistics and/or partnership management and/or customer service
• You possess strong organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities.
• You are fluent in English and French
• You're adaptable and open to learning in a dynamic environment.
• You have a good knowledge in data and analytics skills
• You are interested in evolving at Back Market under this individual /expert contributor role

About The Role

• Hybrid - 3 days per week at the office mandatory
