Back Market is seeking an experienced logistics professional to own and optimize a global carrier network across 15+ partners. Based in Paris or Bordeaux with hybrid work, you will drive negotiations, monitor service quality, and oversee day-to-day operations to support our growing marketplace.

You should have 5–7 years in logistics, partnerships and/or customer service, be fluent in English and French, and enjoy leveraging data analytics to improve delivery performance and reduce fraud across

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in logistics, partnerships or customer service.
Strong organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities.
Fluent in English and French.
Flexible in a dynamic environment and eager to learn.
Good data and analytics skills.
Interest in an individual contributor role at Back Market.

Responsabilités

Own and optimize a global carrier network with 15+ partners and monitor service quality.
Negotiate rates and terms, and supervise day-to-day logistics operations to support growth.
Track KPIs for 10M+ outbound/return parcels annually and drive improvement plans.
Lead delivery experience projects and develop new delivery/return solutions.
