Back Market is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own BackShip, Back Market's managed shipping solution for sellers and a core infrastructure layer at scale.

You will lead six product domains, define the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, Seller Success, Finance, and the BFF program. This role emphasizes driving adoption, carrier optimization, and billing accuracy while aligning with sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management with 2+ years in logistics or marketplace infrastructure.
• Proven track record shipping complex operational products with business impact.
• Experience growing B2B product adoption.
• Carrier and logistics ecosystem knowledge.
• Strong data-driven mindset; SQL/data analysis skills.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator.
• Passionate about sustainability and seller empowerment.

Responsabilités

• Own six product domains within BackShip and define the roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end development from conception to launch for complex features.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Seller Success, Finance, Delivery Experience, and BFF program teams.
• Balance adoption, carrier reliability, and billing data to maximize business impact.
• Translate carrier integration complexity into clear seller value propositions.
