Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Website team, owning CRO for deel.com and landing pages. You will lead experiments end-to-end, defend layouts and conversion hypotheses to stakeholders, and bring a growth mindset to a fast-paced design culture.

You will partner with growth marketing, performance marketing, and sales to translate business goals into customer-facing pages, shaping product launches and campaigns with storytelling and scalable design systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional product design experience with end-to-end ownership of web design.
• Demonstrated CRO, A/B testing and experimentation experience; can discuss hypotheses, test design, significance, and iteration.
• Exceptional craft and UI skills with portfolio showing high-converting web/landing page work.
• Passion for experimentation, testing, and a growth mindset; treat every launch as learning.
• Strong storytelling to guide user through narrative and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate business goals into customer language; communicate with stakeholders.
• Data fluency with analytics/experimentation tools to synthesize insights into design decisions.
• Experience managing full lifecycle of web experiments/launches from ideation to QA.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO end-to-end on website and landing pages; identify and execute growth opportunities.
• Design, prototype, and launch rapid A/B tests with clear problem statements and success metrics.
• Deliver high-quality craft; ensure pages align with design system and branding.
• Translate business goals into customer-facing language for marketing and sales.
• Use storytelling to drive conversion on landing pages and campaigns.
• Collaborate with growth PMs, engineers, data analysts, and lifecycle/marketing teams.
• Support product launches by designing landing pages for new features.
• Mentor teammates and raise the bar for craft and experimentation rigor.
