Job summary

Jobgether SRL in France is seeking a CRO Consultant-in-training to work with senior CRO consultants, understanding client goals, customer needs, and opportunities for optimization of ecommerce sites.

You will turn insights into actionable briefs, coordinate across CRO, design, and development teams, and progressively take ownership of client accounts with mentorship and hands-on exposure to strategy and delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
• Proactive ownership-oriented mindset, with ability to identify next steps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with Shopify.
• Experience using GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation programs.
• Genuine interest in Ecommerce and CRO.
• Motivation to grow into a CRO Consultant with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior CRO consultants to understand client goals and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify optimization opportunities through analytics, customer behavior insights, reviews, and research.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations with impact statements.
• Prioritize optimization roadmaps balancing impact, evidence, and effort.
• Determine approaches for opportunities (A/B testing, design changes, development).
• Own initiatives from briefing to launch and review outcomes.
• Translate recommendations into actionable briefs and coordinate delivery across CRO, design, and development teams.
• Participate in client meetings and provide updates and agendas.
