Deel in France seeks a senior product designer with strong front-end engineering skills to design and build the substrate AI generates against, including the design system, tokens, and components. You will prototype in production front-end code and design interfaces in tandem with Figma.

You will push AI-native workflows across the design organization, collaborate with Engineering and Product, and maintain high craft standards while expanding the system to new products and teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product design and front-end engineering.
• Strong ability to design, prototype and ship interfaces.
• Experience with design systems and AI-enabled design tools.

Responsabilités

• Architect the design system, tokens, and components used by AI-generated UI.
• Prototype real interfaces in production front-end code and test system outputs.
• Define production-readiness criteria for AI-generated UI and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with design leadership to scale AI-native workflows across the org.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to keep the system visible.
