Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement, to lead strategy, creation, and delivery of high-impact content across channels that empower Deel's revenue organization, boost brand awareness, drive lead generation, and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 6-9+ years in sales enablement marketing or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead content marketing initiatives and manage multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and marketing automation.
• Experience with CMS and cross-functional teams to align content with business goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of content marketing strategies aligned with Deel's goals.
• Create and optimize content for pitch decks, battlecards, sales scripts, blogs, white papers, and web content.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to drive engagement and conversions.
• Develop content plans from audience research, trends, and competitive analysis.
• Oversee the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Analyze content performance and provide actionable optimization insights.
• Manage distribution strategies to maximize reach and impact.
• Build relationships with external creators, agencies, and partners.
