Dolead is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the Perfect User Journey squad in Paris. You will design and build features across the stack, from React interfaces to Python services, while shaping problems, measuring impact and driving measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product, Data, and Architecture to continually improve user journeys and connect technical decisions to business goals in a small, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Built and scaled web products in a product-led environment.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Understand web performance and front-end architecture.
• Autonomous on the back end to build complete features using Python and APIs.
• Able to think in terms of users and business outcomes, not only tech.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Build product features end-to-end across the stack from React interfaces to Python services.
• Improve high-impact user journeys, focusing on architecture, performance and UX.
• Experiment, measure and scale by partnering with Product and Business to test hypotheses.
• Contribute to technical decisions and architectural discussions.
• Work closely with the business to connect technical choices with customer and commercial outcomes.
