Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a product leader to own Carpool Experience, setting vision and strategy for six member-facing areas. You will present to the Executive Committee, define ambitious OKRs, and drive cross-functional initiatives across negotiation, messaging, GPS, and post-ride experiences.

You will work with AI-enabled features, own key metrics like PAX and GMV impact, and lead the team in a hybrid office setting with strong exposure to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally on consumer apps.
• Experience owning end-to-end scope over several quarters with measurable business impact.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with C-level/ExCo teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction and build vision and strategy for your scope, turning it into ambitious OKRs.
• Own the numbers, understand business metrics, reliability targets and costs, and act on them monthly.
• Shape the future of Negotiation and drive value for members and the company across use cases such as negotiation after booking and GMV impact.
• Ship the next member interactions: Group Chat, live location, and next version of the Communication Service.
• Run experiments and country-by-country launches with predefined decision rules in collaboration with Legal and Privacy.
