Job summary

Karos, Paris-based carpooling platform, seeks an Interim Chief Product Officer to cover maternity leave from January to August 2027. You will join the Executive Committee and lead a cross-disciplinary team spanning Product Management and Design and User Support, working with CTO Tristan Croiset to set the vision and cadence of the Product & Engineering organisation.

Qualifications

• You have significant leadership experience as a CPO, VP of Product, Head of Product or in a comparable senior product role.
• Executive-level decision making with incomplete information within tight timelines.
• Strong track record shaping a vision with clear priorities, OKRs and measurable outcomes.
• Led multidisciplinary teams across Product Management, Design and related functions in a CPO-CTO partnership.
• Experience guiding teams through integration, transformation or significant organisational change.
• Excellent people leadership, coaching senior members and building high-performing organisations.
• Curious and pragmatic about AI with a view on improving product, design and support practices.
• Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Nice to have: contributed to major tenders or complex partnerships involving public authorities.
