BlaBlaCar seeks a Product Manager for the Discover squad to own the upper funnel passenger journey, focusing on SEO and emergent AI-based search to capture global traffic. You will build a vision that maximizes conversion across all acquisition channels and prioritize high-impact projects for our core markets.

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, with preference for top-of-funnel acquisition, growth, or SEO.
• Highly analytical with a track record of using AB testing to improve conversion.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Shape the Discover strategy and roadmap with KPIs to measure progress.
• Drive top-funnel acquisition by partnering with Marketing and SEO teams.
• Maximize landing page conversion through AB testing and optimization.
• Navigate cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Marketing, Design, Data and Business teams.
• Manage the Busfor platform as the referent Product Manager for an Eastern Europe brand.
