Job summary

BlaBlaCar is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Carpool Experience scope, spanning Negotiation, Messaging, GPS Tracking, and Post-Carpool UX for millions of monthly members. You will set the vision, translate it into ambitious OKRs, and drive outcomes with cross-functional teams across these six product areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, ideally on consumer apps, including end-to-end ownership over several quarters with measurable business impact.
• You use AI tools in daily work.
• You are fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction: build vision and strategy, turn into ambitious OKRs, secure leadership buy-in.
• Own the numbers: know metrics, reliability targets and costs; review monthly and act.
• Shape the future of Negotiation and related member interactions (Group Chat, live location, Communications Service).
• Run experiments and country launches with predefined decision rules with Legal, Privacy and country leads.
• Present progress and trade-offs to the ExCo every two weeks and defend your position.
