Job summary

Back Market is seeking a Senior Product Manager for BackShip, its managed shipping solution for sellers. You’ll own six product domains, drive roadmap, and partner with engineering to deliver high-impact features that scale our global logistics infrastructure.

You’ll collaborate across Seller Success, Finance, and BFF teams, and own strategic initiatives to improve adoption, billing accuracy, and carrier performance. This role balances strategic vision with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management with 2+ years in logistics or marketplace infrastructure.
• Track record shipping complex operational products with measurable revenue outcomes.
• Experience growing B2B product adoption and onboarding funnels.
• Carrier and logistics ecosystem knowledge including label generation and API integrations.
• Strong data-driven mindset with use of analytics and adoption funnels.

Responsibilities

• Lead squad: own the roadmap and execution, collaborating with engineering.
• Define tactics and influence cross-squad programs, including BFF initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of complex features from conception to launch.
• Prioritize ruthlessly to balance seller adoption, carrier reliability, and billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with Seller Success, Finance, Delivery Experience, and BFF teams.
• Evaluate seller satisfaction and stay ahead of logistics trends.
