Hubcycle in Avignon seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead an ambitious technical roadmap end-to-end, shaping architecture with an external team and building in-house proprietary features. You will own product strategy, drive AI-native experiments, and align stakeholders across geographies to deliver real user impact.

You will ship products hands-on, prototype quickly, and balance strategy with execution while promoting a data-driven culture and strong information architecture across the tech

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product-related experience at Lead or Group PM level.
• Experience managing developers directly or indirectly.
• Shipped real product yourself, especially growth products.
• Experimentation mindset: A/B testing, statistical significance, attribution.
• Experience building AI products and vibe coding.
• Strong information architecture (IA) knowledge with engineers on architecture and tech stack (SQL, Python, vibe coding / IA).
• Ability to influence without authority across geographies.
• Talks to members often and uses feedback to shift direction.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• English fluency required; French is a nice-to-have.

Responsabilités

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the whole product area, aligning with Hubcycle’s mission and objectives.
• Translate business needs into a deliverable roadmap balancing architecture with quick wins.
• Be accountable for outcomes and define/track the metrics that matter.
• Partner with external engineering teams to shape scalable architecture.
• Drive transition from outsourced delivery to in-house proprietary features and stack.
• Apply strong IA knowledge to structure product, data and information flows.
• Ship real products hands-on, prototype, and vibe code AI-powered features.
• Run experimentation as the default operating mode.
• Influence without authority across functions and geographies to deliver impact.
• Engage with members for discovery and feedback to inform decisions.
