Job summary

BlaBlaCar is seeking a Product Manager for the Discover squad to own the upper funnel and optimize the passenger journey across global markets. You will partner with Engineering, Marketing and SEO to define strategy, build the roadmap and set KPIs that drive growth from acquisition through conversion.

You will lead experimentation, leverage AB tests, and ensure the landing experience scales across channels while coordinating with Stakeholders and the Busfor platform team in Eastern Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Top-of-funnel acquisition or SEO experience preferred.
• Analytical mindset with track record of AB testing to improve conversions.
• Strong stakeholder influence and communication across teams.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Discover strategy & roadmap and define KPIs for growth.
• Drive top-funnel acquisition with Marketing and SEO teams.
• Maximize landing page conversion through AB tests and experiments.
• Coordinate alignment across Engineering, Marketing, Design, Data and Business.
• Serve as referent PM for Busfor, a BlaBlaCar brand in Eastern Europe.
