Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance. The Engineering team builds the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members and health professionals. We move fast with ownership and tackle big problems together.

As a Senior/staff‑level backend or platform engineer, you will own and run the platform, drive data privacy by design, and bridge across legal, security, data, and product teams as Alan expands into new countries.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and operating platforms used by multiple teams.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end platform delivery and lifecycle.
• Strong collaboration with legal, security, data, and product teams to align requirements.

Responsabilités

• Own and run the platform, its safety mechanisms and observability.
• Build the paved road with docs, templates, and self-serve tooling for data rules.
• Bridge across areas to align legal, security, data, and product on requirements; expand data lifecycle governance.
