Filigran is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the XTM Foundation, focusing on architecture evolution to increase data processing capacity across OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and OpenGRC. You will own infrastructure patterns, data flow, and inter-service communication while partnering with ~60 engineers.

You will prototype, benchmark, and validate architectural decisions, ensuring zero-downtime migrations where possible and advancing platform-level tooling and shared libraries for the entire XTM

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience building distributed, high-throughput systems in production environments.
• Proven track record designing architectures for data-intensive platforms.
• Deep understanding of consistency models, partitioning, replication, backpressure, fault tolerance, and observability.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and implementation of architecture evolution to improve throughput and scalability.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across the data pipeline (ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis).
• Evaluate infra and messaging technologies and validate via prototyping.
• Define cross-product communication standards and observability.
• Build performance testing infrastructure and establish continuous performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with product teams to roll out architectural changes with zero-downtime migrations when possible.
• Contribute to shared libraries and platform tooling within XTM Foundation.
• Stay current with distributed systems and data engineering developments.
