Filigran SAS in France is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the XTM One team and shape a state-of-the-art product for the XTM Suite. You’ll help design the core platform with the Engineering Manager in a small, agile squad.

This high-impact role blends rapid iteration with code quality, building scalable solutions, contributing to product vision, and engaging with open-source communities on GitHub and Slack.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in Full Stack development with TypeScript and Python.
• Architectural mindset with experience in genAI frameworks.
• Ownership & agility; building a product, not just code.
• Full Stack mastery across frontend interfaces and backend logic.
• Proficient in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Full Stack Architecture: build a scalable SaaS and On-Premise app using TypeScript and Python, including visualization flows.
• Architectural Evolution: refine the architecture for AI integrations with Filigran's team.
• Rapid Prototyping: iterate quickly, refactor or discard code as the product evolves.
• Community Management: engage with the Open Source community (GitHub, Slack) and answer user questions.
• Team Structuring: help create development processes and shape team culture as an early hire.
