Filigran is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the XTM One team and shape a state‑of‑the‑art product. You will build the core platform for the XTM Suite, balancing rapid iteration with high code quality.

You will collaborate with the Engineering Manager and a small agile squad to define architecture and integrate with AI teams, contributing to the product vision and scalable platform development.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in full‑stack development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Strong understanding of architecture and scalable design.
• Experience with open source contributions is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Full Stack Architecture: design scalable app deployable as SaaS and On-Premise using TypeScript and Python, with advanced visualization and logging.
• Architectural evolution to integrate with AI team.
• Rapid prototyping and willingness to refactor or delete code as needed.
• Engage with Open Source communities (GitHub, Slack) and respond to user questions.
• Help shape development processes and culture as an early squad member.
