Filigran is hiring a Staff/Tech Lead Software Engineer for the OpenCTI team to shape the technical vision and mentor the software engineers. You’ll partner with Engineering Managers and the Product team to design major features, set coding standards, and lead architectural discussions.

This fully remote, async-first role suits a senior engineer who thrives on ownership, open-source cybersecurity, and delivering reliable SaaS platforms at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a track record of reliable delivery.
• Strong SaaS expertise with high-availability, observability, and incident response.
• Comfortable in a fully remote, async-first environment.
• Proficient in NodeJS, React, GraphQL and Elasticsearch (or similar).
• Ownership mentality with proactive risk reporting and end-to-end delivery.
• Able to propose architecture improvements and balance trade-offs.
• Collaborative communication with PM/PO and EM on scope and decisions.
• Open-Source and Cybersecurity experience is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as a technical relay – facilitator and enabler, not a solo contributor.
• Contribute to key codebase areas, major features or bug fixes.
• Supervise and animate technical topics across teams.
• Promote best practices and high standards of code quality and performance.
• Coordinate transversal initiatives: technical pains, dependencies security issues.
• Coach engineers through pair programming, reviews, and feedback.
• Collaborate with EM and PO/PM on sizing tasks and roadmaps.
