Filigran is seeking a Senior Software Engineer focused on software quality, testing, and CI to join the XTM Foundation. You will own quality and CI across OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and OpenGRC, improving test coverage, building robust pipelines, and establishing scalable practices for 60+ engineers.

This is a hands-on senior role where you audit, design, and roll out quality standards, tooling, and processes across teams, delivering quality as a competitive engineering advantage.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on quality engineering and CI/CD.
• Deep expertise in test strategy and architecture: know when to write unit, integration, or E2E tests and explain tradeoffs.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at scale—fast, reliable, developer-friendly.
• Comfortable across a polyglot stack: TypeScript/React frontend, Node.js or Java backend, Python integrations.
• Experience with modern test tooling: Playwright, Vitest, Jest, Cypress, or equivalents; mutation testing frameworks (e.g. Stryker); contract testing (Pact).
• Strong understanding of software quality metrics: coverage, mutation score, flakiness rates, pipeline duration.
• Excellent written communication skills to turn audits into actionable plans.
• Comfortable in a remote-first async culture with teams across time zones; English proficiency.
• Autonomy and ownership mindset: identify problems, propose solutions, drive to completion.
• Bonus: performance/load testing tools (k6, Gatling, Locust); AI-assisted test generation; open-source contributions; cybersecurity knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Audit current test coverage and CI pipelines across OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and OpenGRC; define a prioritised roadmap.
• Define and implement a cross-product test strategy across unit, integration, end-to-end, and contract tests for all layers.
• Lead consolidation of CI/CD towards GitHub Actions with quality gates (coverage, mutation testing, flakiness).
• Build shared test tooling, templates, and libraries for product teams.
• Introduce and maintain performance and load testing practices with baselines and regression detection.
• Define and enforce standards for test reliability and pipeline speed.
• Work with product teams to embed quality practices in day-to-day workflows.
• Stay current with testing/CI/CD/AI landscape and propose well-reasoned tools.
