Celnor is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager – Pharma & Healthcare to lead new‑business growth across France and Europe, representing TERA Environnement and Toxilabo within the Analytical Sciences Division.

You will identify opportunities, engage with senior decision‑makers, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposals and contracts, collaborating with laboratory experts to tailor analytical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B business development experience in scientific or analytical services.
• Experience selling complex technical services or consultative solutions.
• Strong negotiation and strategic account-development skills.

• Develop and execute a targeted new-business strategy across France and Europe.
• Identify, prospect and secure new clients with a strong pipeline.
