Job summary

TechTree is recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager for Analytical Development & CMC Services to grow pharma and biotech partnerships across Europe. The role is open at Manager or Senior Manager level and hybrid in Krakow, with travel up to 60%.

You will own new business, lead client presentations, and shape proposals while collaborating with scientific teams. You’ll negotiate contracts, build long-term relationships, and help size the European market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BD/sales at a CRO/CDMO or related field.
• Experience selling across drug discovery and development markets.
• Experience with pharma and biotech startups throughout the discovery and development cycle.
• BS in Chemistry, Biology, Pharma or Life Sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Competitive base salary and bonus, plus structured scientific and sales training.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new accounts across Europe, from outreach to signed contract.
• Provide technical input, lead client presentations and support proposal generation.
• Negotiate contracts and build long-term partner relationships.
• Work with internal scientific teams to turn client needs into delivery.
• Track competitor pricing and offerings and help leadership size the market.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
