The position is based in Colmar, France, with a hybrid work arrangement and relocation support for eligible candidates and families.

Qualifikationen

• Masters in Marketing in the field Marketing / Business –biology, pharmaceutical sciences.
• Experience in pharma innovation / generics / CDMO / excipient provider industry.
• Strong strategic marketing, go-to-market planning and hands-on commercial execution capability.
• Ability to translate market, customer, competitive and tender intelligence into clear choices and field actions.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical B2B markets; knowledge of generics and tender-driven business is highly valued.

Aufgaben

• Translate the global pharma marketing strategy into an actionable EMEA marketing and go-to-market plan.
• Establish objectives, roadmaps, KPIs and performance reviews linked to pipeline quality and growth.
• Lead regional innovation marketing in collaboration with BD, Sales and Product Management.
• Own regional marketing strategy to protect and grow EMEA generics business.
• Monitor tender intelligence and support revenue expansion across the portfolio.
