Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior People Partner based in France to partner with senior leaders, strengthening leadership capabilities and people practices across the employee lifecycle.

You will lead org design, performance management, and employee relations while promoting an inclusive culture in a fast-growing, remote-first tech environment. Strong English and HR qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in People Partnering or senior HR roles.
• Professional HR qualification (SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD).
• Experience coaching managers on performance and development.
• Proven ability to handle complex employee relations cases.
• Knowledge of employment laws in UK/US/Germany or similar.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary People Partner for one or two departments, advising managers on performance, development, engagement, team morale, and communication.
• Coach managers through complex conversations, conflict resolution, feedback delivery, and challenging team situations.
• Develop and share practical manager resources, playbooks, toolkits, and targeted training materials to strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Support the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, goal setting, performance reviews, and exits.
• Guide performance management processes with clear expectations and regular feedback.
• Lead sensitive employee relations cases ensuring documentation, consistency, and compliance.
• Maintain and improve people policies across teams and geographies.
• Partner with managers to foster inclusive team cultures and psychological safety.
• Interpret engagement survey results and translate insights into initiatives.
