Jobgether is seeking an HR Lead in France for a fully remote, cross‑disciplinary game development environment. You will own the complete employee lifecycle—from workforce planning and recruitment to onboarding and offboarding—driving culture, engagement, and operational excellence.

You will partner with leaders to anticipate hiring needs, design scalable processes, and ensure fair, market‑based compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience in tech or gaming environments.
• Strong recruitment across technology roles, with structured interviews.
• Experience with salary benchmarking and offer design.
• Onboarding, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and drive culture.
• Fluent English, strong communication skills, and remote-work experience.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruitment across the studio from intake to closing.
• Plan proactive hiring with team leads and identify talent gaps.
• Build clear role requirements, structured interviews, and scorecards.
• Manage pipelines, ATS workflows, and candidate experience.
• Coach managers on interviewing and HR policies.
• Benchmark salaries and design competitive offers aligned with budgets.
• Own onboarding processes and ensure quick productivity.
• Handle HR operations, contracts, payroll forecasts, and records.
• Address terminations professionally and in compliance with law.
• Act as a neutral partner for conflicts and sensitive matters.
• Monitor attrition signals and support engagement and retention.
• Collaborate on well-being, inclusion, and psychological safety.
