Qevlar AI is a remote-first scale-up seeking its first People Partner. You will run day-to-day HR for our teams while shaping how we hire, grow and care for our people as we scale.

This hands-on role sits with the Chief People Officer and reports directly to leadership, reflecting a strategic setup in a fast-growing tech company. Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR, including 3+ as an HRBP in a high-growth tech setting.
• Hands-on French labor-law expertise with CSE experience.
• Coaches managers to handle difficult conversations and growth.
• Generalist HR experience across admin, payroll inputs and HRIS.
• International experience with multiple country teams and English/French fluency.

Responsabilités

• Be the go-to partner for managers, rolling out core People processes and ensuring adoption.
• Support employee journeys: mobility, performance and development conversations.
• Lead on French labor law, CSE preparations, and policy documentation.
• Sustain a remote-first culture with engagement initiatives and internal comms.
• Partner with People Ops to ensure smooth HR data and lifecycle processes.
