PVH Corp. seeks a Senior People Advisor to join the Paris-based HR team, guiding employee lifecycle activities and supporting people leaders and HR colleagues.

You will report to the Director of People Experience and Advisory and act as a trusted advisor on policy, processes, and transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with People Relations, Legal, and Centre of Excellence teams to standardize practices, improve service delivery, and drive regional HR excellence across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Fluent in French and English; strong coaching and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with HRIS platforms (Workday and ServiceNow preferred).

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary advisory contact for complex HR matters and coach managers and associates.
• Lead HR support for small-scale change initiatives and ensure smooth aftercare.
• Manage informal employee relations issues, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to update policies and training materials.
• Deliver high-quality service to associates and leaders with timely responses.
• Identify improvements to HR service delivery using data insights.
