• Proven payroll experience in complex, multi-collective environments.
• Strong experience with HR Access, ideally HR4You.
• Ability to manage a high-volume payroll portfolio.
• Experience with expatriate populations is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a large payroll portfolio and oversee the entire payroll process.
• Collect, verify, and enter payroll variables; prepare payslips.
• Submit DSN declarations and handle social security filings.
• Manage absences, IJSS, and final pay settlements.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and monitor regulatory changes.
• Ensure accuracy and continuous improvement across processes.
• Collaborate in a multi-collective-agreement environment (Metallurgy & Syntec) with expatriates.
