Jobtailor in France seeks an experienced payroll and HR administrator to independently manage a portfolio of over 500 employees in an outsourced payroll environment. You will handle payroll data, ensure deadlines, and oversee personnel administration.

Key duties include drafting contracts, monitoring absences, updating the HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring compliance with French social and employment law, social declarations, and relations with social security.

Qualifications

• Two-year post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
• Experience in personnel administration.
• Ability to develop processes to improve service quality.
• Excellent command of Excel.
• Ability to work independently, with determination and perseverance.
• Strong IT aptitude.
• Solid knowledge of the Syntec collective bargaining agreement is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage a payroll and HR administration portfolio covering more than 500 employees in an outsourced payroll environment
• Manage variable payroll data by collecting and analyzing the required information
• Review variable payroll data and ensure all deadlines are met
• Handle personnel administration
• Draft employment contracts and amendments
• Track absences and update the HRIS
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities
• Monitor daily social security benefits (IJSS) and employee benefits/insurance coverage
• Ensure compliance with French social and employment law in payroll and HR administration matters
• Monitor social declarations and manage relationships with social security and other relevant agencies
