Jobtailor in Île-de-France urgently seeks an HR payroll administrator to support daily HR operations, manage payroll-related inquiries, and ensure smooth internal communication.

You will work with HR systems (Workday, SAP) and coordinate payroll across France, Belgium and the Netherlands, contributing to a payroll migration project during implementation. Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• College or university degree, preferably in HR, Economics.
• 2 years of relevant HR experience and Payroll exposure.
• Experience with Payroll software and Payroll practices (France, Belgium, the Netherlands).
• French and English mandatory, Dutch would be an asset.
• Workday and SAP experience would be an asset.
• Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Support HR administration as per daily operational needs
• Operate in HR systems and programs
• Contribute to effective internal communication
• Administration support to queries related to payroll and time & attendance (address payroll-related questions to Payroll teams and secure a timely follow up, technical support to T&A system)
• Support payroll process across all countries within scope (providing variable elements in the approved format, clarifying doubts in cooperation with Payroll team)
• Contribute to the successful execution of the payroll migration project in the countries during implementation phase
