Job summary

Cozycozy is seeking a senior Paid Acquisition Lead to own the end-to-end strategy and execution across 50+ markets. You will manage a seven-figure annual budget on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, making calls on market allocation and pacing with direct collaboration with the Data Science function and founders in Paris.

You’ll drive platform optimization, creative testing, and measurable performance improvements, while coaching a small, senior team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid acquisition or performance marketing with real budget ownership.
• Hands-on Google Ads and Meta expertise, including Performance Max behavior and budget pacing.
• Multi-market, multi-channel experience across currencies and languages.
• Fluent in unit economics: CAC, ROAS and cost per booking to guide budgets.
• Ownership and entrepreneurial spirit; operate end-to-end in ambiguity.
• Strong operator skills to manage 50+ markets with focus and discipline.
• Quantitatively driven; partner with measurement teams and adapt based on data.
• Works well with data teams; able to translate insights into action.
• Nice-to-haves: travel/ marketplace background; AI for campaign automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid acquisition strategy and execution; decide where to invest across markets and channels.
• Build a structured testing roadmap with the Marketing Scientist and creative team.
• Own platform operations and relationships with Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat; optimize objectives and mix.
