Job summary

Cozycozy is seeking a Paid Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, managing a seven-figure annual budget across 50+ markets. This hands-on role operates on platforms and partners with the founders to validate strategy in a fast-growing metasearch startup in Paris.

You will lead platform operations, testing and budget pacing, and work with a Marketing Scientist for measurement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid acquisition with real budget ownership.
• Experience across multiple markets, currencies and channels.
• Strong unit-economics mindset: CAC, ROAS, cost per booking.
• Ownership and entrepreneurial spirit with end-to-end accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own a seven-figure annual paid budget across 50+ markets.
• Oversee platform operations on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat with strategic testing.
• Define channel mix, spend levels and test roadmaps; translate results to action.
• Collaborate with Marketing Scientist to measure impact and optimize decisions.
