Job Description

At Cozycozy, we’re building the world’s best accommodation metasearch platform making travel simple, transparent, and inspiring. We are hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to own the paid acquisition across Meta, Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, YouTube), and TikTok, with the mandate to test and scale new channels when relevant.

This is a hands-on role with a strategic scope. You will plan and manage campaigns in 50+ markets, optimize them daily, and use data to guide every decision. You will partner on creative production and run a clear testing cadence to improve ROI while elevating the brand.

About the Role

Your role will be structured across three key areas: Strategy & Ownership, Execution & Daily Optimisation, and Data Tracking & Reporting.

• Strategy & Ownership: Own the paid growth strategy across Meta, Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, YouTube), Meta, TikTok in 50+ markets, and evaluate new channels as needed.
• Execution & Daily Optimisation: Operate the accounts hands-on, pace budgets, adjust bids, tighten exclusions, and refresh our ads daily.
• Data Tracking & Reporting: Use data to guide every decision, own a clear, reliable reporting built from platform data and internal logs.

• Build a structured testing roadmap for channels, audiences, and creatives.
• Collaborate on creative production and own the testing plan and feedback loop.

Requirements

• You have a degree in Marketing or related field.
• You have 5+ years in performance marketing for a consumer product at scale, ideally travel, marketplace, or in an agency.
• You have a proven hands-on expertise with Google Ads Search, Performance Max, and YouTube; Meta conversion campaigns; and TikTok performance.
• You are fluent in English (written & spoken). French is a strong plus.
