Jobgether is seeking a Senior Social Campaign Manager to own paid social campaigns for international clients. You will primarily manage Meta Ads and explore TikTok, Snapchat, and more, with budgets often surpassing seven figures annually and monthly ad spend above six figures.

This fully remote role offers autonomy, collaboration with BI, Creative, CRM, Tracking teams, and ongoing optimization, with European business hours and occasional US meetings.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of hands-on paid social advertising experience.
• Proven ability to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns independently.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and related metrics.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Fluent English (C1+) with experience communicating with international clients.
• Experience with Google Analytics and spreadsheet data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Manage and scale paid social campaigns across Meta Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Own large advertising budgets, allocate daily to maximize profitability.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and other performance metrics.
• Test hypotheses, optimize audiences, creatives, structures and bidding.
• Use analytics tools to evaluate effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Communicate results and recommendations to international clients.
• Collaborate with BI, Creative, Tracking, CRM teams to improve results.
• Experiment with growth opportunities and new channels as appropriate.
• Take ownership of results and drive long-term growth.
