Cozycozy is hiring a Paid Acquisition Lead to own strategy and execution across 50+ markets with a seven-figure annual budget. You will work hands-on on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, shaping the channel mix and spend levels.

You’ll partner with a Marketing Scientist to measure impact and drive profitable growth from Paris and beyond. You’ll own budget allocation, platform relationships, creative testing, and a roadmap that aligns with the founders’ vision.

Qualifications

• Ownership and entrepreneurial spirit for end-to-end outcomes.
• Strong operator skills on multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Quantitative mindset with focus on CAC, ROAS and profitability signals.
• Experience managing paid media across many markets and currencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid acquisition strategy and execution across 50+ markets and multiple channels.
• Decide market and channel allocation, build a structured testing roadmap with the Marketing Scientist and creative team.
• Own relationships with platform account managers (Meta/Google) and optimize objectives, mix and pacing of campaigns.
