Cozycozy is seeking a Paid Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end strategy and execution across 50+ markets, managing a seven-figure annual budget on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat. You will collaborate with a Marketing Scientist for measurement and work directly with founders and the CEO to validate strategy.

You’ll lead platform operations, testing roadmaps, and creative briefs, driving profitable growth while tailoring approaches per market and currency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid acquisition with real budget ownership.
• Multi-market, multi-channel experience across countries.
• Fluent in unit economics: CAC, ROAS, cost per booking.
• Ownership and entrepreneurship—own outcomes end-to-end.
• Strong operator: manage 50+ markets with precision.
• Quantitatively driven; partner with measurement teams and adapt.
• Nice-to-haves: travel/marketplace background and AI-assisted automation.
