Job summary

Cozycozy is hiring a Marketing Scientist to co‑own how we measure Paid Acquisition and steer where the money goes. You’ll shape geo experiments, synthetic control and marketing mix models across 50+ markets, and work directly with the founders and the Paid Acquisition Lead to allocate budgets.

This is a high‑ownership applied science role where your insights decide which channels we fund and which markets we scale or shut down, supported by strong data foundations and an analytics culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Science or quantitative analysis, including 2+ in marketing measurement.
• Strong SQL on production data warehouse and Python for analysis and modelling.
• Hands-on causal inference with geo/time-based experiments (diff-in-diff / synthetic control).
• Power analyses upfront and ability to stop tests that can't detect effects.
• Marketing measurement fluency and ability to tie results to business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own experimentation culture with rigorous hypothesis testing (DiD, geo experiments).
• Lead Marketing Mix Modeling, attributing searches to ads and separating paid impact.
• Guide budget allocation across markets and channels based on evidence.
• Build and maintain a lean Paid Acquisition Hub for fast action on spend.
• Own data foundations—the marketing data layer and related pipelines.
