Job summary

Luni is seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to take ownership of paid growth for a portfolio of mobile apps. You will own the media mix across Meta, TikTok, Google and beyond, manage budgets with profitability targets, and transform performance data into sharp, actionable creative briefs for the Marketing team.

You will build rigorous test plans, isolate variables, and iterate using data rather than gut instinct.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in mobile user acquisition.
• Deep expertise on at least one major channel (Meta, TikTok or Google).
• Strong ability to read performance across media, creative and product angles.

Responsibilities

• Own the full media mix on several apps (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Manage monthly budgets with clear profitability targets and decide between testing and scaling.
• Turn performance data into testable creative hypotheses and brief Marketing Artists with actionable briefs.
• Build structured test plans that isolate variables and document learnings.
• Explore growth levers beyond paid campaigns.
• Use AI and automation to reduce manual work in campaigns, reporting and analysis, and share insights with the team.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing Artists, Product and Data.
