Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager in France to lead growth for a free-to-play mobile poker app. You will drive acquisition across major paid channels, manage large budgets, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize CPI, retention, and ROAS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile user acquisition experience, gaming focus preferred.
• Experience scaling mobile titles through launch and early growth.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize daily UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Ads, and in-app networks (AppLovin, Unity, ironSource, Moloco).
• Define UA strategy and channel mix using performance data to allocate investment.
• Test new channels and targeting approaches for scalable growth.
• Develop relationships with platforms to secure support and favorable terms.
• Maintain AppsFlyer, SKAN, postbacks, event taxonomy, attribution and fraud monitoring.
