Photoroom is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale Meta as our largest paid channel, driving ROAS and SMB growth. You will collaborate with the Creative, Data/Measurement, and Product teams to translate performance signals into actionable creative hypotheses.

The role involves managing a 7‑figure monthly budget, leading a fast testing engine, and building AI‑driven tooling to accelerate user acquisition. Remote with Paris visits; eligible in several European countries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance marketing with deep, hands‑on Meta expertise.
• Proven track record partnering with creative teams to turn data into hypotheses.
• Strong analytical depth: attribution, incrementality, unit economics.
• High ownership: drive ambiguous problems to shipped outcomes.
• AI-native mindset: build tools and automate workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own and scale Meta with a seven‑figure monthly budget, driving ROAS and LTV:CAC.
• Lead the creative feedback loop: derive hypotheses from performance signals for in‑house creatives.
• Build a fast testing engine across audiences, creatives, structures, and micro‑personas.
• Tie channel decisions to unit economics and attribution, reflecting incremental value.
• Develop internal tooling and automation to accelerate UA.
