Bump is seeking an ambitious User Acquisition specialist to manage global event campaigns for a consumer app. You will discover opportunities worldwide, work with local content leads, and run paid acquisition campaigns.

You should be fluent in English, data-driven, and excited to coordinate across countries and cultures. You will work in Paris in person, scaling creator-led campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other channels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns and budgets.
• Strong understanding of paid social, especially TikTok and creator-led campaigns.
• Comfortable using data to make decisions.
• Experience coordinating projects with different teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Find events to target for Bump’s campaigns globally.
• Build creator campaigns with in-country content leads and manage launches.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other channels, managing budgets and performance.
• Turn creator content into high-performing ads and scale successful ideas.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to share learnings and improve campaigns.
